Safari Shedding blades are designed to remove loose hair and leave your pet with a clean, healthy coat. The Safari dual Shedding blade can be used with the handles together or separated. With handles together, stroke the dog from head to tail, covering small areas at a time. With handles separated , stroke dog from head to tail, covering large areas at a time.
- Best suited for medium to large breeds
- Two-sided blade with coarse and fine edges can be used straight or looped to safely remove loose hair
- Do not apply too much pressure
- Once loose hair and debris is removed, follow up with a Safari brush to leave your dog's coat smooth and shiny
- Suggested breeds: Beagle, Welsh Corgis, Basset Hound, Spaniels, Boxer, Retrievers, Dalmatian

It's a DUAL blade! That makes it *twice* as good as a single blade...I think. This is an average, useful grooming product for dogs with undercoats--the blade is a little lightwight, but seems to do the job. Until you purchase the Furminator, that is.
